We value our people as our biggest asset. With the right education and experience, our people are team players with single mindedness to achieve our business objective to meet or exceed client expectations. Endowed with a 'can do' attitude we are ready to take on any challenge.

Partnership.

Albeit having a legal connotation, partnership to us is a relationship between individuals and groups that is characterized by mutual cooperation and responsibility for the achievement of a specified goal. We extend this paragon to our co-workers, technology partners and patrons. Our goal is to apply the combined knowledge and experience of our partners and us to find solutions to business problems without losing sight of the fact that technology is just a means but ROI and profitability are paramount.

"Technology for the sake of technology is not interesting anymore" - Vinod Dham, father of the Pentium processor.

Processes.

''Always dream and shoot higher than you know how to. Don't bother just to be better than your contemporaries or predecessors. Try to be better than yourself.'' - William Faulkner

Wheel is mans greatest invention. While it epitomizes repetition and synergy, it also signifies motion. Like the wheel, we have adopted processes that are cohesive, congruent and repeatable, which lead us towards advancement. While there is no point in reinventing the wheel, there is scope for improving efficiency by eliminating friction. We examine and refine our processes to eliminate wasteful effort resulting in reduced cost and reduced time to market which percolates as value to our customers.

Read the story of the wheel and how it relates to work and our lives in the essay The Wheel by Richard Gary Epstein, Department of Computer Science, West Chester University, West Chester, PA http://bones.cs.wcupa.edu/~epstein/wheeless.htm

Perseverance.

''Victory belongs to the most persevering. '' -Napoleon Bonaparte
