Milk Marketing board of Common wealth of
Pennsylvania (PMMB) was looking for a partner to help enhance their
Milk Accounting and Regulatory System (MARS). One of the key
qualifications that PMMB was looking for in a partner was in-depth knowledge
of their existing MARS system and the domain expertise in milk
accounting and regulatory practices. The other qualification was the
ability to fulfill the requirement with the limited budget allocated
for the project. Techcircle
in partnership with TeSG (SchoolNet, India) was able to find just
the kind of expertise and complete the project on time and on
budget. Using the off-shore
delivery model Techcircle
and TeSG team delivered more than what PMMB had specified in the
RFP.
